Compounds with recycled content
Sustainability starts with making better use of available resources. That is why Compovate develops compounds containing recycled materials as part of our commitment to more sustainable solutions.
By upcycling recycled granules, we create compounds that help reduce plastic waste and increase the use of recycled materials. Depending on the application, our compounds can contain up to 80% recycled content. The remaining material allows us to fine-tune the compound to meet specific customer and application requirements.
Compounding additives for plastic upcycling
Compovate also develops advanced compounding additives for the upcycling of recycled polymers, including polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). These additives can help restore mechanical properties that may be reduced during the recycling process.
