Vacuum Forming

Vacuum forming is a manufacturing process used to produce lightweight plastic components with accurate shapes and excellent surface quality. During the process, a thermoplastic sheet is heated until it becomes pliable and then formed over a mould using vacuum pressure. After cooling, the formed part is trimmed to its final dimensions. Vacuum forming offers an efficient and cost-effective solution for producing a wide range of plastic products.
