Rotomoulding

Rotomoulding is a manufacturing process used to produce durable, hollow plastic products with complex shapes and uniform wall thickness. During the process, thermoplastic powder is placed inside a mould that rotates simultaneously around two axes while being heated. As the material melts, it evenly coats the inside of the mould. After cooling, the finished product is removed, resulting in a seamless part with excellent durability and design flexibility.
